Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
    • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.
  • Dispatch Time: Items are typically dispatched from our international warehouse within 2-8 business days* after purchase. Orders may be shipped separately to ensure that your items are packaged securely.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Europe: 7-16 business days*
    • USA: 10 – 25 business days*
    • For other countries: Delivery may take up to 25 business days.*

*Please note that shipping estimates are approximate and may vary, especially during peak holiday seasons. Shipping details, including estimated times, will be displayed at checkout based on your provided address.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure accuracy. Once an order is placed, you confirm that all entered information (including the shipping address) is correct and deliverable.

Responsibility for Address and Unclaimed Parcels

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to resolve any issues with incorrect address information or unclaimed parcels directly with the local postal or courier service. In certain cases, we may be able to reship orders, with reshipping costs covered by the purchaser.

Refund policy

At HypeIsReal, we are committed to providing you with quality seasonal products. We handle each return and refund request carefully, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and satisfactory experience. Please review our policies below for guidance.

1. Orders Delayed

If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, pending, or expired after 60 days from the date it left our warehouse, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Different timelines apply to certain countries:

  • United States: Orders delayed for over 45 days are eligible.
  • Brazil: Due to customs clearance, delays over 110 days may qualify.
  • Special Shipping Methods: Some methods may require longer wait times.

Note: Delays due to issues with address information, unclaimed packages, or similar situations are not covered. It is recommended to check with the local post office if the order status is “pending.”

2. Orders Not Received

If tracking indicates the order was delivered, but the package wasn’t received, please provide a non-delivery certificate from the local post office. For any tracking alerts (e.g., incorrect address, refused, customs issues), we encourage you to contact us immediately. HypeIsReal is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed or destroyed due to address issues.

3. Products Damaged

  • Severe Damage: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Partial Damage: A partial refund or replacement may be provided if the damage does not impact the product’s functionality.
  • Damaged Packing Boxes: We cannot offer refunds or other after-sale services for damaged packing boxes due to long-distance international delivery.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Incorrect Products: We offer a full refund or replacement for incorrect items.
  • Wrong Color/Size (not affecting function): We may provide a refund or replacement if a screenshot of the complaint is provided.
  • Missing Parts: If parts that affect product function are missing, we will resend the product. Non-essential missing parts may be eligible for a partial refund.

Note: Please provide measurement evidence for sizing issues.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are processed in the warehouse. Custom or special pre-order items, however, cannot be canceled once processed.

Additional Notes and Limitations

  • Force Majeure: HypeIsReal is not responsible for delays caused by events such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs inspections. We will communicate promptly in such cases.
  • Certain Shipping Methods: Some shipping methods may not track in certain regions. We cannot accept disputes for untraceable orders if you choose one of these methods.
  • Returns: Products can be returned to our designated warehouse, but please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest initiating returns within 30 days of receiving the item.

Unacceptable Disputes

HypeIsReal does not accept disputes for the following reasons:

  • Customer preference or change of mind.
  • Minor discrepancies from product description.
  • Unusual smell or other minor imperfections.
